• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
  

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  

• Rest of India: 5–8 business days
  

• Please note: delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or due to courier delays.
  

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999
  

• Orders below ₹1,999 may include a small shipping fee (displayed at checkout)
  

• No hidden charges — all fees are shown transparently before payment.
  

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order status using the link provided.

5. Delivery Partners

We ship using trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others, to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

6. Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

8. Delays or Non-Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or marked as delivered but not received:
