At Opulence Perfumery, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We take great care in packaging and delivering every product, but in rare cases where something goes wrong, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unsealed perfumes.
If you’re unsure about a fragrance, we recommend trying our 10ml Tester sizes before purchasing the full bottle.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a replacement or refund only if:

The item is damaged, leaking, or broken upon delivery

You received the wrong product or quantity
To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
4. Refund or Replacement Options
If your return request is approved, you can choose between:

A full or partial refund (based on the damage or issue)

A store credit to use on your next purchase
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
5. Return Shipping
If a physical return is required:

We will arrange a reverse pickup where possible

In rare cases, you may be asked to courier the item to a provided address

You will not be charged for return shipping in approved cases
